Every player is on a climb.
Five steps, from community football in Sierra Leone to a professional club, an education scholarship, or a prepared future.
- 01
Discover
Community scouting and open trials across Sierra Leone.
We look for talent in communities, schools and open trials. Trials are free — always.
- 02
Develop
Academy football + education + character, U10 to U18.
Coaching, schooling and character work happen every week, side by side.
- 03
Showcase
Top local competition, international tournaments, verified video and data.
Players are seen in real matches, with honest, documented ages and full-match footage.
- 04
Place
Professional club, partner club assessment, or US / UK education scholarship.
The next step is chosen with the family: a club route, a scholarship route, or both.
- 05
Support
Alumni mentoring, contract guidance with family involved, and a Loma network for life.
Leaving Loma does not mean leaving the family. We stay in touch and keep helping.
No academy can guarantee a professional contract. What we guarantee is elite development, honest feedback, real exposure and an education that lasts.
